• The Bank Clerk post is a sought after and dignified post for Aspirants willing to enter the banking sector. The Clerical cadre in Banks is mainly responsible to deal with customer-related problems and helps with the resource structure of the Bank. • Every year thousands of vacancies are released by different Banks to recruit Bank Clerks and lakhs of candidates apply for the post from different parts of the country. Once a candidate gets recruited as a Bank Clerk, he gets various opportunities within the Organisation to get promoted to higher posts. • Apart from the Bank Clerk exam, the banking sector also conducts the Bank PO exam to recruit Probationary Officers. • The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts an online examination to recruit clerical cadre for multiple public sector banks operating in the country.
