1)            Alternative - that you can use, do, etc. instead of something else

                Ex- please find alternative means of transport.

2)            Strain - pressure that is put on something when it is pulled or pushed by a physical force

                Ex- You will strain your eyes by reading in such poor light.

3)            Universally - in a universal manner; in every instance or place;

                Ex- His actions made him universally respected.

4)            Deposit - to put something down somewhere

                Ex- The Nile floods the fields and deposits mud on them.

5)            Feasible - possible to do

                Ex- The plan is feasible in reason but impractical

6)            Solar panel –

                        a panel designed to absorb the sun's rays as a source of energy for generating electricity or heating.

                Ex- Solar panels are largely used in energy-friendly buildings.

7)            Diminish - to become or to make something smaller or less important; decrease

                Ex- His illness diminished his health.

8)            Year on year - (of figures, prices, etc.) as compared with the corresponding ones from a year earlier.

                Ex- Vietnam’s CPI in May is rising nearly 20% year on year.

9)            Pending - waiting to be done or decided

                Ex- A decision on this matter is pending.

10)          Confront -
  to think about, or to make somebody think about, something that is difficult or unpleasant

                Ex- The government found itself confronted by massive  opposition.
